It works kinda, it's all written in Japanese, so I can't understand instructions. It definitely doesn't make your hair look like the AD. It does do something, but not much. Its a very large bottle which was a nice surprise. I guess it was worth $ spent. But definitely doesn't work as well as it did on the ad.

This makes my hair feel sooo soft, unreal. Since my hair is down to my waist and thick, I have to use more like 10 squirts or more of the conditioner to really take the frizz away especially. Love this and want more hopefully at the same price? Please to not hesitate to send me a follow up where I can order more. Took a little while to get here (don't understand why cause looked like it came from Nevada?) but was worth it to me in the long run. Absolutely love how it makes my hair feel and takes the frizz away. Fantastic stuff!! Thank you, Jill

I have long blonde curly hair. I decided to start drying it straight. It woul take constant spraying of leave in conditioner while drying to get my hair Shiney and soft. Your product is absolute amazing. Just a little bit combed through my hair and then drying it is beautiful shiny and incredibly soft. I'm a new customer for life. Thank you. Oh ,and you don't need to read Chinese to use it. It just goes in you hair. Duh!!!

I only received this product this morning. I’m 76 with quite long hair I wear in two braids. This conditioner feels wonderful going on as well as on my hands. My hair is straight as string but I have the same little stray hairs all old folks have. My hair braided quite smooth after trying this late this afternoon. I’m already satisfied. Hope you ask again in a week or so when I can have a more educated response. Directions in English would have been a real plus. T Edmonson

I finally received it and the pump wouldn't work and we couldn't open the bottle so we had to cut the top off and pour it into a container. Also all the directions and ingredients are listed in Chinese so I don't know how to use it. Does it go on wet hair or dry? What's in it? I'm not Chinese so I don't know !

I would love to have silky shiny hair but at 62 I feel the damage I’ve done to my hair over the years that it maybe too late.
