The adhesive patch does not last long after a few usages the adhesive patch loses its grip.
This is a major problem with the product.

I love the massagers. The first one worked great. But when I tried the second one it didn't work. Upon checking it out there's a spot on the pad that looks burnt. I'm not sure if it burnt out the unit or if it just needs a new pad. I tried the first pad on it and changed the batteries but it didn't help. What do you suggest?
Also, can the pads be cleaned when they loose their stickiness or do I need new pads?

I had a reconstruction on my left shoulder about two months ago I was in a lot of pain I'm on work cover and I get physiotherapy every second day but in between those days I us the pad and it's great o order another one the only thing I have against it is that if you put it on the back of your shoulder or back you can't set it to do what you want but it's very good thank you

I wish it came with directions I peeled off the rubber/ sticky covering and found out that I really needed it later but it it works. hard to see the controls when I put it on my back though.
